Javier Talamo a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States Federal Court in the Southern District of Florida. He has twenty years of business experience in the health care industry in areas including regulatory compliance, administration, and operations of clinical, home health services and products.
Mr. Talamo received his B.A. cum laude from St. Thomas University and his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Nova Southern University School of Law. Since becoming a Florida Lawyer, Mr. Talamo has combined his health care experience and legal skills to represent health care providers and related businesses including pharmacies, medical equipment companies, home health agencies, rehabilitation and testing facilities.
Mr. Talamo provides these and other clients with advice and counsel on legislative and regulatory matters, merger and acquisitions of businesses and practices, contracts of all kinds, licensure, and advice on accreditation, billing, and management to ensure compliance with the highly regulated state and federal law on provision of health care.
Mr. Talamo also has extensive experience in general business law including real estate, and governmental matters. He is a published author and has been active on a pro bono basis with refugee legal programs helping to assimilate new refugees into the United States. His practice areas include health law, administrative law, real estate law, and corporate structuring and governance.
